Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your order.
To receive a full refund, items must be new, unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. Because our bedding is used in the most personal spaces of your home, we're unable to accept returns that show any signs of use, including human or pet hair or fur, stains or visible wear, or odors such as perfume, detergent, smoke or other scents.
We kindly ask that you carefully inspect your purchase before placing it directly on your bed or allowing pets on it. This helps us keep all of our customers' bedding clean, fresh and safe to enjoy.
Only products purchased directly from www.hiendaccents.com are eligible for returns. For items purchased through our retail partners, please contact the original retailer for their return process.
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Make a Return
- Fill out the return form at the bottom of this page. We'll email you an RA# and return instructions.
- Choose your shipping method: use our prepaid FedEx label ($20 fee deducted from refund) or ship with your own carrier.
- Pack your item securely and write your RA# prominently on the outside of the box or on a slip of paper inside.
- Ship your return to the address below. We strongly recommend insuring and tracking your shipment.

Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 2 business days. Most banks and credit institutions process the credit within 5 business days after that.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged — in that case, we'll cover it.
Original shipping charges are refundable only if a product has been misrepresented, mis-shipped, or is defective in materials or workmanship.
Exchanges
For the sake of speed and simplicity, we don't do traditional exchanges. Instead, we invite you to return the item you'd like to exchange and place a new order for the product you'd like instead.

Other Important Information
All credits will be issued to the original method of payment.
Measurement tolerance: Our bedding products are crafted from high-quality textile materials, which are subject to slight variations during the manufacturing process. The measurement tolerance on most of our bedding products is +4"/-2". This is considered industry standard.
Dye lots: Textile products may be fabricated from different dye lots. Occasionally, you may see slightly different fabric colors for the same style from one textile to another.
Color accuracy: Actual colors may differ from what's pictured due to monitor calibration, device color settings, lighting conditions, and viewing angle. Slight variations between online and received colors are normal.
Handcrafted items: Minor variations in dye, lot, and size are not considered defects — they're part of what makes each piece unique.
